We were very privileged to meet Nadal up close and personal during his exhibition match in KL. V. Selvam had the opportunity to spar with Nadal during a practice session before the match. We found Nadal to be a wonderful person besides being an awesome athlete and of course a fantastic fashion icon ! He is a great role model to all young aspiring tennis players and we hope the kids in Malaysia will be inspired by all his good qualities and not just emulate him as a fashion statement on court. Nadal is 110% serious business on court. Once off the court he remains down to earth and a polite gentleman. He doesn't allow his success and fame to get to his head. The same can be said about his entourage of Manager and Physiotherapist.
