JOB OPPORTUNITY
1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (2 POSITIONS)
We have 2 positions available in the capacity of Management Trainee. There will be a probation period of 6 months in which the candidate must prove successful implementation of tasks. Upon successful probation, the candidates will be given confirmed employment and offered positions in the capacity of Coaching Director for the most successful candidate and subordinate level position for the other candidate. Employment will be offered either in the Academy centre or any of its future branches.
Duties
to formulate an organized coaching system
to supervise and evaluate coaches
to introduce, implement, improvise and evaluate training programs
to arrange tournament participation / friendly matches for students
to coordinate with coaches and students / parents
to set targets for elite students and plan for achieving the targets
ensure students / parents satisfaction and address their queries on coaching matters
(This position rarely involves coaching but rather focuses on planning and implementing coaching programs).
Requirements
Minimum 3 years Tennis Coaching experience.
Those without Tennis Coaching experience may also apply as long as they are or have been tennis players of a good standard
Must possess ITF or recognized coaching certification or other relevant qualification like Sports Management
Must have working experience in a tennis club or tennis academy.
Remuneration
Will be paid a monthy basic salary during probation.
Upon successful probation, the applicant will be given confirmed employment, a raise in basic salary and additional commission.

2. TENNIS COACHES (2 positions)
We are looking for tennis coaches who loves teaching young people, highly motivated, energetic, dedicated and creative. They must be willing to work long hours at times and able to cope with hot weather.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years coaching experience.
Minimum ITF Level 1 Coaching certification.
Able to work with young children as well as adults.
Able to come up with creative and fun coaching methods.
Keen interest and initiative to update knowledge (through reading / online resources) with new coaching methods and strategies.
Self reliant and dedicated.
Remuneration
Probation 6 months and will be paid a Basic Salary during probation
Upon successful probation, will be given a raise in Basic Salary and monthly commission.
